Ellis County Scholarships is an initiative of CROME, the Claudio Romero Organization for Minority Empowerment. CROME is a nonprofit helping local students find their way through scholarships, mentorship, and opportunities to explore life after high school.

Community giving, local sponsorships, and fundraising through the Ennis Bluebonnet Run help sustain that work, including resources like this free scholarship platform. It’s one mission with more than one way to show up for students.
